Unspend

Unspending is essential to the economy of the soul. Unspending can be a way to fulfill life long dreams of happiness. Its like that little spot on the sun of yourself that you can never quite see. You can unspend time in front of the television, unspend time worrying if you are tall enough, fit enough, attractive enough or good enough. Unspend the hours fuming over insignificant slights others may have or may eventually perpetrate against you. All those hours over a lifetime spent infront of mirrors or talking out loud in the car coming up with clever comebacks that never get said to people who unlike you are getting on with their lives. Unspend that money you earned on fast food. Unspend that time you sit on facebook. Unspend your time thinking negatively or telling people to stop being so negative. Unspend you breath on trying to convince people that you are right. Unspend time with people you know bring out the worst in you but you are convinced they are your friends merely by dint of the fact that you have known them most of your life. Unspend time and money on books that tell you how to live the life you have dreamed of filled with wealth and fame and beauty. Dig, run, laugh,joke,smile,cry or die remembering how you spent your lifes energy.
